These terms apply to projects with Inforyn Technologies. Your written quote sets out the specific scope, price and timeline for your project and takes priority over this page where they differ.

Quotes and scope

Prices on this website are starting estimates. Every project starts with a written quote listing the pages, features, number of change rounds, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

An advance payment books your project slot. The balance is due at launch, before final handover. The exact amounts and any applicable taxes are stated in your quote.

Your content and timelines

Timelines assume we receive your text, images and approvals when agreed. Delays in content or feedback move the delivery date by the same amount.

Ownership

Once the final payment is made, you own the website's source code and the content you supplied. Domains and hosting are registered in your name and paid by you directly to the provider. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranty

For 30 days after launch, we fix defects in the agreed scope free of charge. This does not cover new features, changes you or others make to the code, or problems caused by hosting or third-party services.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock images and services such as Power BI are billed by their providers and are subject to their own terms.
